Simple to complete the online application. Excellent communication throughout the transaction with advice via text and email on how to make a claim should it be needed. I was sent a text and an email on my arrival home, to welcome me back and check if I needed to make a claim. Fortunately for me, it wasn’t, but that’s the nature of travel insurance; it’s “just in case”, if you’ll excuse the pun!
