Customer service is very good but believe prices could be lower
they were very polite, i had trouble paying, the customer services team were fantastic, because the address was different from the people being insured the payment was not excepted, i spoke to a lovely lady who went thought the policy and once she knew why i was paying happily took my payment details, she was very helpful and within a few minutes of finishing our conversation the policy details had been sent through, i am one very pleased customer.
