Required holiday insurance for pre existing medical condition. Easy to follow instructions, and quotations received allowed us to choose the right level of cover for us. Documents emailed to us, however there is an App where your documents are stored for easy access whilst on holiday should you need them.
Needed to make amendment to existing policy and spoke to a really helpful and knowledgeable young lady, all sorted quickly and now have peace of mind.

Great service. Easy application and fair price. Given I never need to claim for declared condition (I’d never ever need to curtail or cancel a trip due to it!) I was astonished to see my renewal quote from another provider more than double despite no claims or additional risk. It is great to have a policy that meets my needs without ripping me off. Shame my last provider didn’t value loyalty. Thank you for having realistic underwriting and pricing terms. Hopefully I’ll never need to claim; but this is worth it for the peace of mind.
